Clear rules for hiring and using inflatable equipment. These Terms and Conditions protect users and the equipment. The hirer is responsible for safety, supervision, and any damage. Read carefully. ⚠️

Safety Instructions

Follow these rules to reduce risk. A responsible adult (18+) must supervise at all times. 👩‍👧‍👦

• Inflatable equipment will be fully secured to the ground at all times as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. ⛏️
• Keep the area around the unit completely clear. No obstructions. 🚫
• Do not allow anyone on the equipment during inflation or deflation. 🎈
• Do not allow children and adults on the inflatable at the same time unless assisting a child. ⚖️
• No somersaults. Ensure appropriate clothing with empty pockets. 👕
• Climbing, hanging, or sitting on walls is dangerous and must not be allowed. 🚫
• Avoid large and small children using the unit simultaneously. Keep similar sizes together. 👶➡️👦
• No food, drinks, chewing gum, or face paint on the inflatable. 🍔🚫
• No water or soap on the inflatables. The unit must be dry. 🌧️🚫
• All shoes, glasses, jewellery, and badges must be removed before use. 👟👓💍
• No smoking or barbecues near or within an unsafe distance of the inflatable. 🔥🚭
• Do not overcrowd. Limit numbers by age and size. Numbers printed on the front step apply. 📏
• No pushing, colliding, fighting, or dangerous behaviour. Keep play safe. 🤝
• No pets, toys, or sharp instruments on the inflatable. 🐕🚫
• Do not bounce on the front safety step. Step is not for jumping. 🦶
• No users with back or neck problems or medical conditions that could be aggravated. ⚕️
• Do not allow children around the back of the inflatable unsupervised. 🔙
• Do not use the inflatable if the jumping area becomes wet or in the event of rain. 🌧️
• If the blower stops, all users must get off the inflatable immediately. ⏹️
• No person under the influence of alcohol, prescribed or non-prescribed drugs, or any intoxicating substance may use or supervise the equipment. 🚫🥂

Disclaimer and Liability

All persons using this inflatable do so at their own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment. The hirer will be responsible and liable for any damage or injury from misuse or reckless use. ⚠️

Terms of Hire

• Designed for children up to age 12 and 65kg unless specified as adult castles. 👦
• Do not stick or attach anything to our items, including balloons. Adhesives damage artwork and material. Replacement costs apply. 🧷➡️💰
• The hirer must ensure the castle fits the required space listed on the website. If it does not fit, the hirer remains liable for the outstanding balance. 📐
• Under no circumstances may our items be sub-hired or charged for public events unless previously agreed. 🔒

Damage, Repairs & Site Requirements

• Any damage will incur repair charges at the hirer’s cost by our approved repairer. 🔧
• If the item cannot be restored to a safe standard, the hirer will pay full replacement cost. 💳
• Active Softplay accepts no responsibility for pipes or cables below ground when hammering outdoor anchor stakes. Stakes are 380mm and hammered in at a 45° angle. The customer must inspect their site prior to booking. 📍
• Ball pit hires: return all balls to the pool. Scatter charges of £20 apply if balls are left scattered. 🟠
